Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
All equipment and supplies are provided. But we would be more than happy to accommodate special requests to use your own preferred cleaning supplies.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept check or cash. Payment is to be made on the day of each visit. Most customers find it convenient to leave payment on the kitchen table or counter.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a statutory holiday we will contact you to reschedule.
Do I have to sign a contract?
What is your lockout fee?
Due to the gas and time taken to get to your home, if we are locked out on a scheduled day, we charge $15.
Who will be in my home?
Usually the same team of 2 people are sent to your home. We try to maintain the same team but there are times that a new maid may have to be sent in to replace a team member.
What time will you be cleaning my home?
Our cleaning hours are Monday thru Friday 8:oO am to 5:00 pm and you will be scheduled during these times.
While it is not always possible to give a specific time when we will be at your home, we will make every effort to adjust our schedule to meet your needs
Do I need to be at Home?
It is not necessary to be home. It is your decision what you are comfortable with.
If I need to have a cancellation?
We require 24 hour’s notice. We understand that emergencies do arise and we are sympathetic to that.
Do you guarantee your service?
All of our work is 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with your cleaning, simply call us within 24 hours and we will come back and clean the area that you are not satisfied with.
